My friend Cindy was diagnosed with cancer in Stage 3. She finished her first round of chemo late this summer, and believed the cancer was under control. A recent ER visit revealed that it had metastasized further than the doctors had thought and is now considered stage 4.
She will have a new round of chemo starting November 7th, and in the meantime her oncologist is trying to refer her to a specialist down in San Diego, California who practices EXTREMELY specialized surgeries, and takes on very few patients.
She is in her forties and has two young children who need her. Please pray the doctors are able to surgically remove the tumors and that she will go into remission.

I'm praying for her because lately she's been having a hard time at school; she gets annoyed with us when we try and talk to her and doesn't hang out with us much anymore. She's been having trouble with her boyfriend because they just got to together, and they haven't been talking very much.
We're worried about her and hopefully she'll soon snap out of this.
Holy Communion
Friends when we partake of Holy Communion, meditate not on just the fact that it is something that we do as a ritual or just a rememberance, but we are partaking of His body! A body which was never sick, a body which Jesus touched people and people touching were made well and whole! And as we partake of His body, we are ingesting His health into our bodies! And not just that, we also have the power to heal the sick and resurrect the dead! O Hallelujah!

How to have God's favour?
2 Peter 1:2 says that Grace and Peace is multiplied to us in the knowledge of God and of Jesus our Lord, and we know that Grace is an empowerment and unmerited, and Peace which is Shalom in Hebrew defines also as peace, wholeness, wellness and prosperity. Oh how much the Lord wants His children walk in His favour! Say this out loud "I am surrounded with God's favour like a shield(Psalm 5:12) because of Jesus' work on the Cross. I have favour before God and man!" Proclaim it out with faith before going out to work or to school or even to anywhere and surely you will see yourself favoured! Hallelujah!
